We were very happy with our apartment, very clean, everything we needed, excellent location, for beach, shopping, and buses. I would recommend it to my friends and family, The manager was very helpful.

Excellent hotel with good food and absolutely perfect location near to resturants, beach, shopping and good restaurants, and stores, restaurant and night life. Comfortable beds and a microwave, a refrigerator and a dining area. The views over swimming pool. Great service, free parking available nearby. Very pleasant experience there.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. I booked this motel based on reviews of others who had stayed there. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations for the price. We would definitely stay there again. It was close to the beach and shopping and great for walking to everything.

The manager is a very polite and nice person. Ted makes you fell like you are at home.
The rooms are a kind of old. An upgrade would be nice.

The hotel's location was peaceful and convenient, being close to shops and restaurants in Lauderdale By The Sea. The staff was service-minded and made our stay pleasant. The room was a nice size with a double bed, closets, and music. The provided service was great, and the microwave, fridge, and kitchenware worked well.

A nice motel centrally situated in Lauderdale on a very quiet street. It is about 200 meters from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The motel is built as a horse shoe around a quiet pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this motel to anyone visiting the area. All guests were happy to chat to each other, a very pleasant atmosphere.

We had originally booked another hotel, but after discovering an infestation of fleas in the bed, we wanted to move. Tropicaire checked us in at close to midnight after a last minute booking and then provided us with their largest room/apartment. They were very accomidating. The service was good. While the hotel is still a budget "mom and pop" place, we were comfortable and the price was good.
We found two cockroaches during our 4 night stay. Not as bad as fleas, but still a bit gross. We just killed them and got over it, but I dont think I would book this place again.

Not Much
It was old old old ! Walls are paper thin. Our neighbors were up until 4:00am. They were not loud but we could hear every word.
